The Project Management Institute (PMI) defines Project Management by first explaining what a project is, i.e. a temporary group activity designed to produce a unique product, service or result. About this course
This certification bundle is aimed at anyone that is looking to gain a series of project management certifications and/or expand on their project management and process management skill set. The bundle covers a variety of PMI certification courses and IASSC Six Sigma certification courses.
All you need is an internet connection and a PC. While most of the lessons work on MACs, we recommend you use a PC for the best performance. Certain parts of the course may not display properly on older MACs. Once you’ve logged into your course, you may be prompted to down certain free plugins such as Java. Just follow the on-screen prompts.
After completing your chosen certification course from the bundle, you have the option to get certified. In order to do this, you must first sit an official exam. Before doing this however, you must have registered for your examination with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received your Authorization to Test (ATT) letter prior to scheduling your testing appointment at a Prometric Testing Center. We can provide you with complete guidance on this process.
