Comprehensive Pilates Teacher

The course is set over fourty (40) weeks and divided into four (4) terms, each ending with a workshop and full term review, which includes a written studio exam. Workshops normally take place during a weekend afternoon. During the training year, students will also attend outside workshops, which are included in the course fee.

Pre-Requisites

• Students must attend a First Aid Course (Red Cross or St. John's Ambulance). The cost of this is not included in the training course fee.
• Students must also attend personal Pilates sessions before commencing their teacher training. These sessions must be at Backlund Pilates and immediately prior to their training. Minimum number of sessions are 25 for students w/classical dance background, or 50 for students w/o classical dance background
