This class is perfect for people sitting in the office all day since this class focuses on the core postural muscles which provide support for the spine and will also help keep the body balanced. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Pilates exercises help awaken all the body cells that will eventually result into relieving stress and fatigue. The size of the classes are small and it is suitable for everyone.
