Learn how to deal with diffcult people

Want help dealing with difficult people? We all have to deal with difficult people from time to time, at work or in a more familiar environment. In order to ease the stress which this can cause, why not take a course on diffusing this type of anger? This workshop from Stand&Deliver is designed to provide participants with a deep knowledge of the nature of anger and aggression and how to deal with it in a constructive way.

This course is suitable for those who come into contact with difficult people in the course of their work, and would like to gain an insight into where these behaviours come from and how to deal more confidently and positively with such situations. The goal is to increase the ability to develop rapport quickly with people and improve self-confidence and personal awareness. To achieve this objective, participants will learn a range of anger diffusion techniques and tips for improving communication, among others. Emphasis will be placed on verbal as well as non-verbal communication such as boy language and eye contact.

The workshop lasts 6 hours and participation is a key element in order to improve the communication skills. It can be delivered as a public workshop or in-house. Course published in emagister.co.uk, the leading training community.
