88 UCAS tariff points from at least one A Level, together with GCSE at Grade 4 or above in English and Maths.

BTEC National Certificate/BTEC National Diploma in Construction or a related discipline.

Other qualifications and applications from mature students with relevant experience of at least three years will also be considered.

Using advanced CAD software, surveying equipment and a computer-generated virtual building site, you will become accustomed to the technology used in industry so that when you enter your career, you’ll have the skills that give you a competitive advantage.
