HNC Construction Management covers quantity surveying, building surveying and construction management, preparing you for technical, professional and management roles in the sector.
This HNC in construction management covers the design, function, construction and statutory requirements for buildings. This hands-on course offers subjects such as construction technology and materials, building law, building conversion and adaption, and site engineering.

Studying for your HNC will allow you to become a member of a number of internationally recognised bodies, such as the Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. After graduating, you can choose to enter the construction industry or go on to further study.

The course is offered by one of the university's partner colleges, London South East Colleges, on its Bexley Campus.
