Course programme
Traineeships are new, exciting, flexible programmes designed to support young people in developing skills that will enable them to take their first steps into employment. Traineeship combines work experience and pre-employment training to help young people successfully find a job or Apprenticeship.
- CSCS card test, CSCS green card
- Preparation for work experience and employment
- Employability Skills including CV, job search, applying for a job, interview skills, getting job ready
- Support with English and Maths
- Preparation for interviews with employers
- Site Visits
- 3.5 weeks work placement on a construction site
- Guaranteed Interview at the end of the programme
