Becky Bocchetti is a leading web editor and print journalist, now applying her unique cross-media experience as an editorial strategy consultant working with media owners and websites. Karen May is a writer, editor, internal communication specialist and trainer. Her experience in the UK and SE Asia spans customer publishing, entertainment journalism and business publishing.
