This course is designed to give you a practical introduction to consumer law which may help you conduct your own affairs and further your understanding about important aspects of the legal system.
Course Structure
Students will use case studies to help understand the basic law with regards to contacts, how the law protects consumers, understand when suppliers can exclude liability, and outline the remedies available.
