This course is suitable for anyone wishing to develop cookery skills when cooking for one. Simple, quick and delicious dishes.

Description Breakdown:
The course will consist of practical demonstrations and workshops in an informal kitchen environment, taught by a professional chef. The aim is to cook interesting affordable dishes for one, using fresh seasonal ingredients. All recipe details will be provided.
