Course Content:
The course covers the following areas. Quality concepts; Quality policy and quality objectives; Customer satisfaction; performance measures; management supervision and culture; Communication and feedback; Total quality management and quality gurus.

Other Information:
The course is intended to give a broad overview of a customer focussed approach to quality. Assessment is by written assignment.

Progression:
By completing 2 further modules (C2 and C3) you can achieve the CQI Certificate in Quality at level 3. An alternative progression route would be to study other management courses.
