Through project-based learning, you will learn how to research, develop ideas and develop technical skills and ability to evaluate outcomes. You will have the opportunity to research the history and context of media disciplines and feed it into your practice. You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems through the application of practical skills, theoretical and technical understanding. Becoming a more independent learner, you will take more responsibility for the research, planning, time management and actions to access progression opportunities in Higher Education or related work. A Final Major Project gives you the opportunity to demonstrate integration of all aspects of the course in a chosen area of interest which shows an approach which is in depth and sophisticated. The Final Major Project will also help you to further develop your portfolio of evidence for progression to Higher Education or employment in the creative industries.
