Creative Writing (Introduction)
Your Course
This is a creative writing course which provides a supportive environment for new writers of primarily prose fiction, whether you are just starting out or already have some experience. It encourages you to express yourself creatively. Our life experience determines our creative imagination, so everyone has fascinating stories to tell.
The course covers: Writing in class and home writing. You work on the ideas generated in class to produce a second draft of a piece of writing. Creative writing workshops - the following week your work is distributed and read in writing workshops for constructive feedback from the tutor and other writers on the course. PLEASE NOTE: This course requires native language competence in English.

By the end of the course, you will have been given the opportunity to:

Your Tutor
Miranda Landgraf is a writer who also teaches on the BA Writing Pathway at Anglia Ruskin University. She writes prose, both the short form and the novel but is interested in all writing from scripts to autobiography, to poetry and is happy to be led by the interests of the class.
Day and time: Tuesday 7.00 - 9.00pm

Tuition fees: £90
Method of payment: Fees for short courses (10 weeks or less) to be paid in full at enrolment and for long courses (12 weeks or more) fees of 50% can be paid at enrolment plus 50% as a cheque. Course places cannot be reserved without receipt of both payments.
Half term:
Please note that there are no classes during half term Monday 15th - Friday 19th February 2010 unless otherwise stated.
