- The controls required to implement an effective collection programme, looking at controls required over the whole sales cycle from accepting a customer, setting credit limits, invoicing, to managing and monitoring debtors
- How to prioritise and plan to maximise cash collection
- Best practice telephone skills and techniques through discussion and role play
- How to use successful reminder systems
- How to take legal action when all else fails
