  • The controls required to implement an effective collection programme, looking at controls required over the whole sales cycle from accepting a customer, setting credit limits, invoicing, to managing and monitoring debtors
  • How to prioritise and plan to maximise cash collection
  • Best practice telephone skills and techniques through discussion and role play
  • How to use successful reminder systems
  • How to take legal action when all else fails

You will practice the techniques covered during the course and build skills you can use right away.
