Course programme

We will provide a batch of cupcakes and some cookie dough and you learn how to decorate them using butter cream, royal icing, pouring fondant and sugar paste. Make decorations from flower paste, Mexican paste and royal icing. Experiment with a range of paste colours, shimmer dusts and edible glitter. Cost includes cupcakes, cookie dough, all icings, colours, piping jelly, glitters. We will provide all the equipment you need. Just bring an apron and boxes to take home your cup cakes and cookies.
