Course programme

Course review:

There will be a brief introduction to making the perfect cupcake but the day will centre around decoration, learning techniques such as making chocolate roses, using buttercream to pipe swirls and roses and sugar paste for bows and embossing. You will also use plunger cutters and plenty of glitter to glamorise you creations.

This course makes a great follow on to our Cupcakes class, and if you book onto both you can enjoy a 10% discount.
