Customer Service Certificate Level 3
This certificate can provide a useful recognition of professional
competence to aid a candidate to move up from one job role to another, for
example, into supervisory and/or management roles. They also form part of the apprenticeship in Customer Service.
The qualification teaches the latest customer service techniques and is ideal for anyone intending to follow a career as a frontline customer service provider.
The candidate must produce assignments for each of the units and must successfully complete the synoptic multiple choice I.T. based test which covers the 3 units.

Mode of study:
Optional - once a month class at Twickenham with home task completion and a final on -line test OR *one to one tuition with supported completion of tasks and a final on-line test. (* subject to funding agreement)
