About this course
You must currently be working with customers, delivering products or services in your workplace. You do not need to have completed the level 2 NVQ, but you will need to speak to a tutor/assessor to ensure that you work role covers the necessary elements of the NVQ for you to collect the appropriate evidence.

Is the course for me?
This programme is intended for employees who are currently working in customer/client contact roles of a supervisory nature. It is intended to accredit you with skills that are being used in the work place. You will develop your existing skills and expand on new ones.
What will I learn?
You will prove practical expertise against the performance criteria and will complete a portfolio of evidence to achieve the award. You will be assigned a personal tutor who will support you and provide additional knowledge and training to ensure you are successful in gaining your award. Listed below are examples of units that students may complete during their programme of study: Mandatory units - Understand customer servuce to improve service delivery - Know the rules to follow when developing customer service You will also complete six optional units from a range which includes: - Go the extra mile in customer service - Recognise diversity when delivering customer service - Resolve customer service problems - Improve the customer service relationship
How will I be assessed?
You will build a portfolio of evidence to prove your ability in the job. You will be observed at work by an assessor and performance evidence can be used to show your ability. Regular visits will be made and feedback will be given after each session until completion.
What can I do after the course?
Progression onto other courses which may be relevant to your profession, such as Team Leading, Business Administration or management qualifications.
