One Day Introduction to Wire Work

An intensive, fun, creative workshop.

You will learn to:

• thread beads on wire,

• wire wrap beads,

• spiral coils,

• create your own head pins,

• use ear wires

• clasps and much more.

We will take you through each step of the techniques, offer one to one assistance where needed. All of the above mentioned techniques will be incorporated into necklaces, bracelets, earrings, accessories such as mobile/bag charms, bookmarks, etc. You can choose either silver, gold or copper craft wire for your designs.

There will be an hour lunch break, you can bring your own lunch which you can eat at the venue or buy food from nearby places. There is a lovely park if you prefer to eat outdoors. After lunch, more techniques will be introduced; you will also be able to complete unfinished designs. The Workshop will end withQ & A, re-cap, advice sessions.

You will take home your designs as a reminder of the day so you can continue with your newly acquired hobby/skill. In addition, you will be given a handout which includes instructions, advice, tips, shops, etc. Workshop is from 10am to 5pm, costs £95 includes beads, tools, materials and light refreshments.
