- Project Lifecycle - will focus on understanding the importance of a phased approach to project planning; Clarifying scope and deliverables; Agreeing accountabilities and responsibilities within scope; Identifying best practice in project planning processes and; Prioritising amongst competing project work and ''business as usual''
- Work Breakdown Planning - Critical task identification; Planning back from key milestones; Breaking down projects into manageable work packages; Improving time and cost estimating and; Identifying work synergies and economies
- Team Coordination - We will concentrate on Ordering tasks in optimum configuration given organizational / environmental constraints; Listing assumptions upon which project plan is based; Quick and effective impact analysis under changing conditions; Maintaining a risk log; Clarifying critical path and dependencies to coordinate all project contributors; Prioritising work effort and communication and; Managing multiple contributors

- Managing Project People - This session explores controlling ''scope creep'' with an efficient change management process; Handling difficult contributors; Planning negotiations in tight environments, hard and soft elements of negotiation planning; Clear goals and keeping your head amongst chaos and; Who, what and how to ask for help
