The owner of a dealership is the one who manages and represents, therefore, the boss and the manager within a car dealership, that company that buys and resells, in order to achieve a profit, cars and vehicles in general, new and used. It also carries out other complementary activities such as workshop work and warehouse sales. In general, car dealerships are divided into 2 types, namely those of used cars, in which cars are purchased from individuals or from other dealerships and resold to other individuals or other dealerships, and those of new cars, in which they are sold new cars of a single brand or of several brands of the same automotive group. The car dealership can be divided internally into ASA, Strategic Business Area, i.e. that area in which the individual company business can be identified. The ASAs of a car dealership are usually: the new commercial area, the used commercial area, the warehouse and the workshop. The car manufacturer is the enterprise of the automotive industry that produces and markets motor vehicles. The largest concentration of active manufacturers is in the United States, Western Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain) and the Far East (Japan and South Korea). Russian, Chinese and Indian industries have also begun to enter the global car market, although their production is still very limited and mainly oriented towards the assembly of licensed products or the construction of models mainly intended for their internal catchment area. .
