COURSE OVERVIEW:

This workshop provides participants with the knowledge, skills and tools required for dealing with difficult parents, carers and family members.

Lunch and refreshments are provided.

Group discussion, individual and pairs work, self-assessment activities, energisers and icebreakers will all be used in this workshop.

Participants will be given a learning review to complete at the end of the workshop.
