Course programme
This practical one day course is suitable for anyone who would like to improve their interpersonal skills and to gain more confidence when dealing with other people, in particular the difficult ones.
These may be managers, direct reports, colleagues, customers or clients. Participants will benefit from gaining an insight into a range of ways people behave and what may lie behind their behaviour.
They will also learn and practise strategies for influencing behaviour change and dealing with difficult behaviour without feeling guilty or embarrassed, leading to positive outcomes for all parties. The course will also encourage self-reflection on communication styles or habits and the possibility that own chosen behaviour may at times fuel some of the problems.
