I do really like being here on the whole it is not without it is difficulties as you have to study hard and put yourself in front of people it is no use hiding at the back of the class room and being quiet you get out what you put in.

Some of my tutors are incredible at giving us their spare time to have a coffee and a chat. Tutors like to set you action plans with timescales.

Good and it is much better than I expected. Made lots of good friends which I know I will have for the rest of my life. Uni is a great experience and you grow up really quickly. My friends from my home town often come to visit and stay as the nightlife for students in Cambridge is pretty good.

Oveall I would like to say that my time spent here has been very good and I think that they eye candy around the student union is fantastic and that the facilities in the students union are top marks along wth the quality and content of my course. Studying Performing Arts here at ARU has been good although I am not sure I will be able to make career out of it when I graduate.
← | →
-
I am enjoying my new independence at uni. I do not think my course is as enjoyable as my A level performing arts was. I hoping things improve in the second and third years. I wish there was more practical and hands on classes so I can fulfill my career ambitions.
← | →
-
At the near end of my studies at aru i can look back in fondness of my time although at times it felt like the city was fighting back after some time I found myslef enjoying cambridge. I would suggest that prospective students shoukd keep a very open mind. do not get bogged down in work too early.

Great course, good tutors, good facilities.
← | →
-
The course is not what I expected. We were made to believe it would be more practical and intense drama. The Shakespeare course was advised to have an element of practice to help the students, but there was none! The uni as a whole does not have a community atmosphere. There are not enough parties at all! Also book funding should not be more than £100.

I am not entirely sure would suggest for all students to come to this uni. I have often found it quite difficult to have time with tutors to discuss my work and this has meant my grades have suffered slightly. Cambridge of course is great but very expensive compared to lots of other cities.
