This title in the Dementia Care series has been designed to assist those who manage or supervise the provision of social care services to those with dementia. Dementia Care for Managers and Supervisors considers the management issues relating to the provision of person-centred dementia care services. Specifically, it aims to:
- Support managers as they work to reduce negative and promote positive care practices
- Explore the value of encouraging person-centred care skills and reflective practice supervision
