Deploying Intrapreneurship
-
The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life. It was a delightful experience and we are looking forward to organising the next training course. I would strongly recommend any corporate and institution to hire Eskil training to create rapport in the work environment and enhance methods for conflict management and resolution.

We are delighted with the training provided, which was brilliantly delivered, engaging with all learning styles effectively, enjoyable, understandable and usefully challenging. We will benefit greatly from the increased commercial awareness, improved team working and innovative thinking inspired by the training from Eskil. We can easily see them returning to support our ongoing commercial agenda.

It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. If you are discussing the development of corporate entrepreneurs, I would recommend Eskil’s intrapreneurship workshops.

There are many reasons why intrapreneurship fails - the main reasons being that it isn’t aligned to the strategy, culture, communications or personal politics of the organisation.
There is a lot of talk with regards to intrapreneurship – conferences, seminars, advisors, coaches, and so on.
Crucially, this is all about action – deploying intrapreneurship in your organization in a way that will sustain.
This means that we need to look at the culture, employee engagement and authorization, stakeholder commitment, idea generation and management, and building a cadre of corporate catalysts that help to reduce the reliance on external parties and build a new, compelling Intellectual Property for the modern enterprise.
