About this course
As part of the registration process, we consult with you to fully understand your own objectives for this intrapreneurship workshop. We work to ensure that our content remains relevant to your needs.
Typical objectives include:
- Understand the issues based around intrapreneurship; aligning intrapreneurship to CSR.
- Identify your corporate catalysts; understand your current ecosystem.
- Map your target model; scope a pressing issue - and plan out how to address it.
- Develop your idea management engine.
This is an open workshop: people from all levels in an organisation can attend.
Not only will it build your personal and professional skills but we recognise that this is a fantastic workshop for job seekers who wanted something extra on their CV.
After your exercise journal has been assessed by our Verification Team, we will award you a Certificate of Completion that can be attached to your CV and HR Record. You will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to Eskil for verification of your understanding.
Facilitated by former CEOs, Directors and Leadership experts, all of our workshops are outcome / output-driven and include. Whilst we tend to deliver our workshops in English, many of our facilitators are multilingual (including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin). Our workshops use psychology assessments and Leadership games as well as mentoring. Importantly, our Verification Team will review your exercise journal before awarding you a Certificate of Completion. This Certificate can be attached to your HR Record as well as your CV - and you will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to us for verification of your understanding.
A member of our Concierge Team will speak with you and take you through the process.
