Robin Hills
Director of Ei4Change
Robin Hills has over 30 years’ business and commercial experience working with the NHS and a wide range of small and large organisations. Robin has an interest in the practical application of emotional intelligence and in improving performance through personality and behavioural assessment. Robin is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric instruments, including Thomas DISC and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. His work involves helping managers and leaders within organisations to develop their business performance through increased self awareness and understanding of others.

Resilience is the capacity to succeed in the face of challenges; the ability to cope withexcessive demands and stressful events without experiencing any undue personal stress.
EI4Change uses training in emotional intelligence to help managers and employees increase their resilience to respond and adapt in today's stressful, fast changing world,whilst enhancing self-confidence, well-being and productivity.
Improved resilience increases outputs and performance whilst reducing sickness absenceand staff turnover.
In collaboration with RSVP Design, a global supplier of training and experiential learning tools, EI4Change has developed a new way to explore resilience at a deep level with individuals and teams. The workshop will be informative, yet fun, and can support ongoing personal development through team work and / or coaching to enhance self confidence, well-being and productivity.
