Course programme

This one day course covers key areas relating to efficient succession planning:

  • Identifying and developing the skills and competencies the organisation needs to retain
  • Mapping the talent needs of the organisation against potential employees
  • Reviewing various succession planning methods
  • Developing your approach to succession planning
  • Selecting approaches that work in retaining people with required skills.
