To introduce participants to computer music concepts. To enable participants to create and produce music on a computer. Objectives/Learning Outcomes. By the end of the course participants will: Be familiar with the key features of modern DAW software, using Garageband, Logic Pro and Reason. Understand the principles of sequencing and pattern editing. Understand how to record, import, edit, manipulate and export audio. Understand how to record, sequence and edit MIDI. Suitable for: 12-18 year olds

Course content:
We will cover recording, sequencing, sampling and arranging, using a range of music software platforms, including Garageband, Reason and Logic Pro.
