Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (D.E.L.E.) Preparation

The Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) are official certificates, which give proof of a certain level of Spanish competence and command, and are issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry for Education, Social Policies and Sport. There are four levels: Diploma de Español Nivel A1 (Starter level), Diploma de Español Nivel B1 (Inicial / Beginner level); Diploma de Español Nivel B2 (Intermedio / Intermediate level); and Diploma de Español Nivel C2 (Superior / Proficiency level).

Tropical Coast Languages offers preparatory courses for the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (D.E.L.E.) exams. This course has 5 classes per day specifically geared towards familiarizing participants with the 5 different tests which comprise the exam: Oral Expression; Listening Comprehension; Reading Comprehension; Use of Language; and Writing. It is necessary that participants already have approximately the level of the exam they wish to take before starting this course. If this is not the case TCLanguages will advise them about their best study plan.
The classes will be carried out entirely in Spanish from the first day for every language level.

Every class has a duration of 45 minutes.

The classes take place from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

The classes will be timetabled either in the morning or in the afternoon.

On the first day of the course participants will take a placement test to determine their command of Spanish grammar and conversation and vocabulary.

The school provides the participants (as a loan service) with all the necessary teaching manuals during the course.

All our language teachers are native Spanish speakers. The school has a professional and dynamic team of teaching staff, all holding superior university degrees and having undergone our in-house training programme.

At the end of the course every participant will receive the TCLanguages Attendance Certificate.

The courses are completed with a daily programme of Recreational and Cultural Activities and Excursions.

Examination charges are not included in the price of the course but we can help candidates matriculate for the exam and provide them with all the information about the dates and times of the different exams, etc. because we are a FEDELE Granada centre, organizer of DELE of Instituto Cervantes in this city.
