The interview will include a full explanation of what will be required on the course, a written task and a skills test.

Please bring Level 2 Hairdressing evidence, GCSE results and Key/Functional Skills results with you.

This course is designed for, and targeted at, those people intent on developing their skills to a higher level and being part of the Hairdressing Industry.

Hairdressing: various fashion cutting techniques to create different hair shapes and styles, colour correction/fashion bleaching; total look long hair techniques; consultation and diagnostics; salon organisation; reception skills; health, safety and security; use of computers; retailing; stock control; teamwork; promotional activities; interpersonal skills and junior management skills.  Opportunities exist for students to obtain further additional qualifications.
