About this course
There are no entry requirements for individual stand-alone units. Anyone wishing to undertake the full Diploma in Licensed Hospitality will be required to already hold the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality (i.e. the core units 1, 2, & 3).

All units give an industry recognised individual advanced level qualification.
The 3 core units, together with an additional 4 units of your choosing make up the Diploma Qualification.

Three Core units [i.e. those in the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality - ACLH] plus a selection of any four of the following units:

- UNIT 6 - Profit Through Effective Sales Promotions
- UNIT 7- Profit Through Effective Business Planning
- UNIT 8- Profit Through Merchandising and Selling
- UNIT 9 - Profit Through Introducing a New Catering Offer
- UNIT 10 - UNDER REVISION
- UNIT 11 - Profit Through Effective Stock Control
- UNIT 12 - Profit Through Improving Your Catering Operation
- UNIT 13 - Profit Through Recruitment and Employment Practice
- UNIT 14 - Profit Through Accommodation Controls
Is there an examination?
Each unit has a pre-course test which counts towards the overall marks.
Each unit has an end of unit exam lasting 1 hour, containing 10 questions on the application of the subject matter.
What is the course duration?
Each unit is 2 days long, although this can be flexible.
These courses are run continually - please advise us of your preferred dates
