2. Course description This programme is for those who already have experience of dance training, and are looking to build on their existing skills and expand their understanding of dance. The course is perfect for you if you are considering pursuing dance at degree level at either a vocational dance school or university, and/or as a career in the future. By studying on this programme you will develop your technical, performance and creative skills in dance at intermediate level through intensive daily classes in ballet, contemporary and jazz, as well as weekly choreography lessons. You will also strengthen your knowledge of dance history and theory, and gain valuable experience in both creating and performing in new works alongside professional dance artists. You will receive numerous opportunities to visit theatres all over London to watch dance, and to perform regularly both in our theatre and venues outside of college.
