Course programme

Overview

This course is for experienced teaching assistants who have a wide range of responsibilities.

You will spend three hours per week in college in lectures or tutorials as well as time spent in practice with your assessor. You will also have access to the Virtual Learning Environment, which enables you to study at home if you have a PC.

Level 2 Teaching Assistant. You must be working at level 3 in a school setting. The length of time is prescribed by the awarding body.
