the industry but is especially useful if you want to get a job as a
Holiday Representative.
What will I study?
This course is a general qualification for the industry and is
especially useful if you want to get a job as a holiday
representative. Reps look after guests at resorts,
usually abroad. The course includes units useful for all areas of
the industry such as customer service, selling skills, geography,
health and safety and communication, as well as a specific
representative unit.

You will need to complete a full assessment and attend an
interview.

If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
