Course content:
· Introduction to Company Law
· The new Companies Act 2006 (where appropriate)
· Classification of Directors
· Directors' duties, liabilities and responsibilities
· Other issues relating to Directors e.g. the effects of the law surrounding wrongful and fraudulent trading including the implications of the Fraud Act, 2006
· Limited Liability Partnerships compared with other partnership status'
Course tutor:

Training method:
Seminar and the use of short assignments during the course to resolve practical Company Director dilemmas.
