The purpose of this training day is to ensure that those employees protected by the Regulations 1992 (as amended), are aware of the main content, and how users are identified and affected:

• An understanding of the organisations' Eye Test Scheme
• General understanding of Ergonomics, what it means and how to apply it to employees in the workplace
• Complete practical exercises on setting up a workstation and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements
• At the end of the training the students will be able to set up their own workstations in accordance with health and safety practice, and identify where this not being complied with
