An understanding of the organisations’ Eye Test Scheme General understanding of Ergonomics, what it means and how to apply it to employees in the workplace Complete practical exercises on setting up a workstation and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements At the end of the training the students will be able to set up their own workstations in accordance with health and safety practice, and identify where this not being complied with

- An understanding of the organisations' Eye Test Scheme
- General understanding of Ergonomics, what it means and how to apply it to employees in the workplace
- Complete practical exercises on setting up a workstation and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements
