The course is well designed. It was easy to learn all the modules and had more duration study hours which easy to preferences. And the customer services department was good too.

Since I had a stroke 5 years ago my mobility is reduced but I still want to contribute to my community, I believe British Gas is one point ahead with this programme as long as it helps me and others in similar situation to get back to work. It’s the right step in the right direction.
