We'll take our inspiration from the Cloud Room and Turner galleries to investigate new ways of rendering clouds, atmosphere, and dramatic light through drawing. You explore mark-making and layering and try out a several different types of drawing materials and papers. If weather permits, we will also draw from the sky outside, in the Tate's garden. Suitable for: all levels welcome

Marcia Teusink
Artist Instructor
Marcia Teusink has over fifteen years experience teaching art in museums and schools. She has taught in California, New York, Switzerland, and Italy, at places such as the Brooklyn Museum, Pratt Institute of Art & Design, and the Zurich Kunsthaus, among others. Marcia holds an MFA in Visual Art from the City University of New York, Queens College, and is currently studying museum education at the Institute of Education, London University.
