e-Quals Certificate for IT Users (Level 1)

Course Content:
This course consists of IT Principles which is a mandatory core unit and completion of two optional units from the following: word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation graphics, internet, email and desktop publishing.

The course will prepare you practically for the most widely used ICT applications, and give you the skills needed to enter into the ICT job market or have more confidence in using your home computer. The course will expand your knowledge of standard ICT hardware and software and improve your ability to operate equipment correctly and safely. Progression:
Successful students can progress to the e-Quals Diploma for IT Users or the iTQ NVQ for IT Users (Level 2).
