This course is designed to meet the requirements of OFSTED for those working with children. This is an interactive, tutor lead course with the emphasis on both an understanding of the theory and confidence in the practical elements of First Aid. Upon successful completion of a practical assessment on the final day, delegates will be issued with a certificate, which is currently valid for 3 years. Suitable for: Childminders and those working in a childcare environment.

Course programme
Summary: This course is the standard qualification in childcare as established by Ofsted. It is highly practical and participative. The course is run over either two consecutive Saturdays or two consecutive Mondays, or can be arranged privately for nurseries and other childcare settings to a maximum of 12 delegates.
