About the course The aim of the course is to prepare you to be a well-informed and confident leader of practice in your setting. You will study two units over the academic year, one to help you develop as an Early Years researcher in an area of particular interest to you, and the other to investigate current issues and debates and consider how these impacts on your work. In particular, you will be explore different approaches to leadership, and apply different theorisations to your experience at work. The units inter-relate. You’re learning on one unit will feed into your learning on the other, and both will draw on and shape your own practice with young children in Early Years contexts. About this course

The full-time undergraduate tuition fee is £9, per year. The part-time undergraduate tuition fee is charged pro-rata to £. You are passionate about working with babies and young children ( years) and supporting their learning and development. This employment route course prepares you to be an outstanding Early Years teacher. You will be guided by experienced teachers and practitioners in the workplace. You will learn about appropriate pedagogies for the Early Years, study different theoretical perspectives and deepen your own subject knowledge for teaching children from birth to five years. On completion of this course you are likely to become a leader of Early Years practice in your school or setting.
