Hand made edible Christmas gifts really are the best gifts to give, and receive, and will make your friends and family feel even more special. So come along to this creative course and make some edible gifts to present individually or as part of a gourmet hamper.

You will make authentic Italian pan forte, indulgent chocolate truffles, almond brittle, rosehip syrup as well as sloe gin or vodka (please bring own alcohol).

You will also make an indulgent foot rub from Thailand made from fresh ginger juice, limes and nourishing oils and which while very edible, you might prefer to give to the Christmas cook of the day to soothe their feet along with the champagne special cocktail kit that you will also make – sorry didn’t we mention that?
