Course programme

This course will investigate current developments in instructional design. A major focus will be to establish a firm understanding of elements in a multi-age program and how it differs from the traditional ‘graded’ and ‘split’ class programs; to learn about effective teaching, management and assessment strategies for a multi-age program; to develop communication skills needed when interacting with parents, administrators and colleagues about multi-age education; and develop a sample curriculum topic suitable for a multi-age class.
