Effective Communication Skills Training (1/2 day) It is widely accepted that effective communication skills are important in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This course is aimed at helping delegates communicate more effectively with clients and colleagues. It will explore methods of building rapport and how to develop effective relationships.
