Course Outline
This course is for those who wish to develop or strengthen their personal andemployability skills prior to an apprenticeship, full time vocational course or employment. You will have a mentor throughout the programme, who will help you develop your own learning plan, which will include a variety of modules to help you make career choices.

Tutorial Programme
As a full time learner at North Devon College you will also be supported by a tutorial programme, which includes sessions on social and local issues, together with a regular review of your progress.
How will I be assessed?
Any assessments or tests will be fully discussed with you and highlighted on your individual learning plan.
