Course Content: The certificate in design, erection and verification of electrical installations (previously 2400) is intended for personnel in electrical contracting companies who have responsibility for the quality of the design, specification, installation, and inspection and testing processes. It addresses, in particular, the implications of the wiring regulations for electrical installations.

Special Features: The qualification consists of the following three components:

* A practical assessment (candidates who have already completed this component for 2391-10 will not need to take this again).

* A 3 hour open book written examination.

* A large design project of an electrical installation.

Course Format: Evenings, Monday 6pm - 9pm.

Progression: HNC building services or management qualification
