About this course

Attendance on this programme will provide leaders with improved skills in five core areas, building greater self awareness, being able to influence your personal effectiveness in different situations, better understand others and manage outcomes, manage performance effectively, enhance communication skills as a leader, influence and negotiate effectively, delegate and make leadership decisions, be able to set a vision and flex leadership style, understand how to influence organisational culture and plan for the future, apply lessons of VUCA to lead effective change.

This is a new course that has been developed in line with requests from across sectors by leaders who are facing new challenges as a result of the pandemic. it is informed by best practise standards and we recommend that it is delivered as a face to face experience (with any relevant social distancing) as it involves a high degree of interactive and experiential learning that ensures it allows for rapid skill practise and feedback to achieve behavioural change in leaders.
