Emergency First Aid for Appointed Persons

Overview

This course provides the opportunity to learn key life-saving skills and gain an awareness of treatment for cardiac arrest and significant blood loss. This is a very practical course and contains some theory in relation to the subjects covered.

• Control of Bleeding

Progression Opportunities

Individuals can progress onto courses such as First Aid and Work or Appointed Person programme.

Additional Information

This course is continually assessed. Candidates receive a certificate of attendance that is valid for 3 years.
